For patients in South Oklahoma City, the drive south on I-35 is shorter than the trip into downtown OKC. Coming from neighborhoods near the I-240 corridor, you can usually reach us in about 20 to 25 minutes, depending on traffic. It is a clean run down the interstate to our north Norman exit, with no surface-street maze at the end.
Serving East Norman and the Lake Thunderbird area
Out past the east side of Norman, the homes spread into quieter, more rural stretches along State Highway 9 and Alameda Drive. Lake Thunderbird State Park sits about 12 miles east of central Norman, and plenty of the families near the lake, Little Axe, and the surrounding county roads count Restore Smiles as their dental home.
From the Lake Thunderbird area, the trip usually runs about 20 to 25 minutes: a straight shot west on Highway 9 to I-35, then a few minutes north to our exit. It is an easy drive for residents who would rather stay close to home than head into the heart of the city for a cleaning or a crown.

Yes. Restore Smiles welcomes patients from Moore, south Oklahoma City, and the surrounding communities. Both are a short drive south on I-35, and many of our patients commute in from the wider metro for cleanings, cosmetic care, and treatment for the whole family.
How far is Restore Smiles from Lake Thunderbird?
Lake Thunderbird sits about 12 miles east of central Norman along State Highway 9. From the lake area, the drive to our office usually runs around 20 to 25 minutes: west on Highway 9 to I-35, then north to our exit in north Norman. Your time will vary a little with traffic and your exact starting point.
